How far we have come.

Allure Hair Salon was founded in 2004 by our Director Joan O Meara. The Salon first opened in Patricks Court, Tullamore where it went from strength to strength offering an excellent service in client care as well as experienced staff and a well stocked retail area.  

In 2008 Joan progressed to adding 2 extra salons to her chain in Portarlington, but in 2010 she handed these salons over to former managers, as she saw a demand grow for private training and her training in the hairdressing field. This left Joan to focus exclusively on her Tullamore salon and in 2010 she moved Allure Hair & Beauty salon and College of hair, Make up & Beauty to a 2 storey state of the art premises at Kilbride St , Tullamore, Co.Offaly. We never taught we would move from here but we did out grow here to, and the main reason we moved was to offer our clients FREE & HASSLE FREE parking as well as more affordable services.

Allure has an exceptional reputation in both hair & beauty in the midlands and in 2010 teamed up with Fuschia, a Irish award winning make up company adding our Makeup bar & retail range for our entire salon and college clients. We also offer Hair accessories for any special occasion.

Allure pride themselves in being the first college of hair & beauty in Co. Offaly and in our hair & beauty salon we cater for Weddings by providing a special setting for the morning of the wedding. The bridal party arrive into the salon to the sounds of specially selected wedding music, were they are shown to a private room which is decorated especially for the occasions. We provide champagne, fruit, juices, tea and coffee to start your day with the talented experienced staff set about to complete your special look. We also complete call outs to hotels or houses.
